Terms & Conditions of Recruitment
When visitors and/or users fill out an application for a skills programme, internship or any other training intervention they agree to the following:
- Reel Partners NPC reserves the right not to fill any role/s advertised.
- Reel Partners NPC decision to accept or reject an application is final and not open to contestation, dispute, discussion and/or negotiation.
- Reel Partners NPC makes no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through this Site.
- You waive any rights and/or rights to claims against Reel Partners NPC, its agents and assignees, if your application is not accepted.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

- To provide Users with access to its skills development and internship mandate, recruitment and procurement processes and/or other services.
- To authenticate the User
- To provide the User with access to restricted pages on this website
- To compile non-personal statistical information about browsing habits, click patterns and access to the Reel Partners NPC website
You agree and accept that whenever you use reelpartners.tv, complete an application form, contact us electronically or use one of the services or facilities offered by us, we will collect your personal information.
Your user data and personal information collected through the application process may be shared with and processed by the following third parties for the express purpose of delivering applicants and users with access to skills development and internship programmes:
- MICT SETA
- DHET (Department of Higher Education and Training)
- ETQA (Education and Training Quality Assurance)
- AGSA (Auditor-General South Africa)
- Internal Auditors
- National Treasury
The information we maintain concerning our Users is stored in databases that have built-in safeguards to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
Reel Partners NPC accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) and/or expenses of any nature whatsoever which may arise as a result of, or which may be attributable directly or indirectly from information made available on these pages or links, or actions or transaction resulting therefrom.
The Laws of the Republic of South Africa will govern all terms and conditions of any products and services contained in these pages. Should you request products or services through reelpartners.tv you hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts in regard to all proceedings, actions, applications or the like instituted by each party against the other, and in any way arising from any stated terms and conditions.
